CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER

Working Relationships:

The Creative Project Manager is a part-time (29 hours) support staff member who serves under the Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

Project Management for the Creative Department:

  • Provide project management support for the Creative Department in daily functions to accomplish completion of creative requests from different ministries.

  • Assist the Creative Director with miscellaneous scheduling details related to project planning for the team and ministries in order to accomplish the goal of a clearly communicated worship experience, event, and project executed with excellence and serving our ministries well.

Weekend Content:

  • Create timelines and schedule tasks for sermon series items, weekend services, video production, unified campus events, and special weekend events.

  • Project management of special items such as signage, campaigns/initiatives, promotional items, or special requests from Leadership to execute the weekend service or during special events. 

  • Follow up on project completion and proofing of all weekend and special events items.

  • Organize servers for weekly walkthroughs and finalize the server with Lead Designer for the Production team to use, making sure the desired edits were made that were acknowledged at Walkthrough.

  • Lead Video team meetings to go through upcoming videos for our in-house videographers. Schedule/Reschedule videos accordingly.

Ministry Requests:

  • Serve as liaison between the Creative Department team and ministries by assigning and organizing requests received from the ministries, providing the team with project details and follow-up.

  • Proof items as requested by the Creative Director.

Coordinate ongoing videos for CF Kids, CF Students, and Young Adults Ministries:

  • Schedule recordings for CF Kids and CF Students and Young Adults.

  • Organize and schedule ongoing weekend online services for CF Kids, CF Students, and Young Adults.

  • Meet and follow up with ministry directors to get updates on upcoming video projects to schedule/reschedule.

Signage:

  • Visit campus/location where signage is needed along with the Creative Director and process the need.

  • Enter the data and hand off to the Purchasing department for quoting and purchasing.

  • Schedule design of signage, proof, and send off to production.

Small Groups Series Communication:

  • Create timelines and schedule tasks for Small Groups series production.

  • Scheduling of video production recordings.

  • Proofing of Small Groups series digital upload.

Social Media/Newsletters:

  • Create timelines and schedule tasks for all weekly social media posts and newsletter creative content, following the social media calendar.

  • Scheduling of video production recordings.

  • Meet and follow up with social media coordinator for final content.
