Christ Fellowship is a dynamic multi-site church spread throughout Miami-Dade County.  The mission of our church is to help others follow Jesus.  We are currently looking for a full-time Children's Ministry Director to grow with us at one of our campuses.  

 

You are:

• Passionate about Jesus and his mission.

• Someone who has a strong desire and knack to develop, disciple, and lead volunteers.

• Relational and have the ability to connect with families.

• Experienced in building and leading a team.

• Organized and efficient with time management.

• A team player with a positive attitude, high energy, and strong interpersonal skills

 

You will:

• Oversee the children's ministry (Infants - 5th grade) and a team of volunteers.

• Be responsible for recruiting and training volunteers to serve.

• Responsible for other leadership responsibilities as determined by the Multi-Campus Children's Director and Campus Pastor.
