2 Kings 4:16-17
An unexpected tragedy can often feel worse than anticipated suffering. Part 2: The Certainty of God’s Provision
19 de abr de 2026
1 Kings 17:1,7,12
A lot can change in a few years. After Solomon’s death, the nation once united under the Lord divides into two kingdoms, with each successive king more evil than the last. Under King Ahab’s rule, it seems like Israel has passed the point of no return—erecting altars, worshiping false gods and spreading wickedness across the land. But Israel’s story is not so different from our own. Join us as we learn how to put idolatry to death and discover the One True Provider.

Out of the Darkness
3 de abr de 2026
Colossians 1:13
It's often the darkest moments in life that give way to the brightest ones. Throughout Scripture, we see that God uses darkness for His purposes. In the very first chapter of Genesis, it was in darkness that God spoke those powerful words: "Let there be light." But the darkest moment in all of history—the crucifixion of Christ—perfectly illustrates this divine principle. That day dealt with the darkness of our sin, one that had separated humanity from a holy God since the fall.

Part 4: The Author, Sustainer, and Finisher of Our Faith
3 de may de 2026
1 Kings 19:14,18
“I just don’t have enough faith.” If you’ve ever thought that to yourself, you’ve likely wrestled with the thought that you’re not really saved, and that somehow, God might lose His grip on you. In the race of life, we often never see the end of a difficult sprint. We lose sight of the finish line, thinking we should just have more strength to run across it. Join us as we learn how to really run this race, and why faith ultimately doesn’t depend on us at all.

Part 1: The Certainty of God’s Promises
12 de abr de 2026
1 Kings 8:56
Do we trust the promises of God as much as we trust our GPS? For many of us, the honest answer is uncomfortable. We'll follow turn-by-turn directions from a satellite without question, but we struggle to trust the eternal promises of the God who created the universe. We'll believe a device when it tells us to take an unexpected route, but we hesitate when God's Word calls us to walk a path that contradicts our logic or cultural norms. The maturity of our walk with Christ is directly proportional to how much we trust God's promises and follow the commands that accompany them. Conversely, it's also measured by how seriously we take God's warnings and their consequences.

There's a powerful scene that plays out in countless superhero stories: the mighty hero, invincible and strong, brought to their knees by something small and unexpected. For Superman, it's a little green rock—kryptonite. A seven-year-old watching this unfold might shake his head in disbelief. How could something so small defeat someone so powerful? Yet this fictional scenario mirrors a profound spiritual truth: You can be strong in many areas and still be taken down by one weakness you refuse to acknowledge. What is that thing that weakens your spiritual life, pulls your heart away from God, and keeps you from the freedom you were meant to experience?
