The independent contractor will receive direction from CF’s Creative Director and collaborate with CF’s Lead Graphic Designer.  

 

Deliverables:

​

• Work across a wide range of projects including our weekend experience, print and digital media, garment design, special events, and ministry/client projects

• Brainstorm and collaborate with our team to develop design solutions from concept to completion

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously

 

Requirements, Abilities, and Experience:

​

• Two or more years of graphic design experience

• Must have an Adobe Creative Cloud (Design Software) license

• Must have a computer

• Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

• Professionalism regarding time and deadlines

• Ability to work when given content and direction but is able to creatively design independently

• Ability to create compelling graphics that not only portray the event, but does so in an artistic and excellent manner

• Is good with people and a team player

• Experience working for non-profit preferred

• Motion graphics knowledge preferred but not required
