  • The Administrative Assistant for the Creative Department is a part-time support staff member who reports directly to the Creative Director and serves under the department’s Project Manager.

  • The Administrative Assistant for the Creative Department will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

  • The Administrative Assistant for the Creative Department is expected to live an exemplary life by supporting the Mission, Vision, and Staff Values of Christ Fellowship.


  • Assist the Creative Director with the weekly administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, note-taking, copying, expense reporting, etc.

  • Provide administrative support for the department’s daily functions

  • Ensure the follow-through and completion of the ordering process for the department

  • Work closely with vendors for signage and make sure printed material is proofread and finalized

  • Serve as a support to the department’s Project Manager by assisting on the handling and assigning of creative requests and Basecamp projects

  • Assist with Social Media Project Management through scheduling, assigning, strategizing, planning and follow-up

  • Build and support volunteer teams for the department


  • Two to three years of administrative assistant experience

  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite

  • Strong organizational, relational, and communication skills

  • Excellent at taking meeting notes and minutes

It would be great if you have:


  • Printing process knowledge

  • Experience in using project management systems such as Basecamp or Monday

  • Fluency in Spanish

This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) at the Palmetto Bay Campus.
