  • The Worship Ministry Director is a full-time staff member who serves under the Weekend Experience Director. In addition, the Worship Ministry Director works alongside the other Ministry Directors and Campus Pastors.  

  • The Worship Ministry Director directly influences the worship vision, strategy, alignment, standardization, programs, and resources at all campuses.

  • The Worship Ministry Director is expected to live an exemplary life modeling the call, character, and competencies, becoming a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.


  • Resource staff member to the central worship ministry staff: Vision casting, alignment, communication, coaching, encouragement/celebrations, accountability, and resources.

  • Ensure the DNA of our entire worship ministry is implemented in each campus through the central worship staff.  The content and programming should be reproducible for all campuses (Identifiable versus Identical).

  • Help the central worship staff create and maintain a culture of excellence and humility for the entirety of the rotating worship contractors/volunteers that lead the church in worship on a weekly basis.

  • Work with senior leadership in driving and implementing the song selection process for the church at large.

  • Play a central part of the creative planning of the worship experiences for all the campuses of CF as part of the Weekend Experience Team.

  • Leadership Development: Disciple, equip, and apprentice a director and develop new and existing volunteers. Recruit, train, and build relationships with current staff and volunteers.  Minister to team through prayer, communication, and other means. (Ephesians 4:11-12)

  • Oversee the annual budget and financial stewardship of the CF Worship budgets.


Required Experience & Education:

  • 5 years or more as a Worship Director/Pastor of a multi-site church; leading multiple staff members.

  • Bachelor of Arts in a related field.
