While reopening our campuses with COVID-19 restrictions, we want to continue and strive to give our guests an extraordinary experience that is safe, spacious and sanitized. From the street to the seat.

How are we planning to keep campuses clean and people safe?
Do I have to wear a mask when serving?

Yes. In complying with our local government ordinances we are asking our Staff and Team Members to wear masks in doing our part to lead with safety.
Are masks required for guests?
-
Yes. In complying with our local government ordinances we are asking our Guests to please wear a mask. We will have some readily available for those who may forget to bring or not have one. Staff and Team Members are to refrain from enforcing those who do not want to wear a mask.
Do we have to register to serve and attend service?
I served before COVID-19, do I have to serve if I’m not comfortable?

No. If you don’t feel comfortable serving we totally understand. What matters is that you are and feel safe.
Do I have to be tested for COVID-19 before serving?

No. However, if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed to the Coronavirus we recommend you get tested for your own well-being. You can find more information about symptoms and testing here.
How many people will be in the worship center during a service?
-
In following the CDC recommended guidelines, we are allowing 25% of the max capacity at all of our campuses to provide a safe and spacious environment.
How will CF Kids enforce social distance protocols in their spaces when they reopen?
-
CF Kids will reopen in phases starting with K5-5th Grade. Phase 2 will begin on the weekend of Nov 7th/8th and will include the reopening of our Infants-K4 areas. Keeping your children safe is our number one priority. Here are some things you can expect upon your visit:

We will be temperature checking all children and volunteers at our check-In area

All volunteers and children will be wearing masks

We are keeping our classrooms at a 50% capacity with tables and chairs 6 ft. apart from each other

Our areas will be sanitized prior, during, and after service

We will be sanitizing hands upon entering the classroom

Our no sick child policy will continue to be strictly enforced

How will CF Students enforce social distance protocols in their spaces when they reopen?

CF Students will reopen in October. Keeping your students safe is our number one priority. Here are some things you can expect upon their visit:

We will be temperature checking all students and volunteers at our check-In area

All volunteers and students will be wearing masks

We will keep our worship center at 25% capacity to ensure six feet of space between guests.

Entrance and exit from the worship center will be one-way traffic flow to ensure the safety of everyone.

Our areas will be sanitized prior, during, and after service

We will be sanitizing hands prior to small group time.

Small group space will be spread out to ensure six feet of space between guests.

Our no sick student policy will continue to be strictly enforced.

We want to avoid physical contact. Volunteers will be encouraged to greet non physically. No hugs, high fives or fist bumps.

What will be the Small Group meeting guidelines once we reopen?
-
Small Group Meetings at the Campus
-
Small Group meetings will be held at the campuses only during weekend service hours, beginning the weekend of October 3rd and 4th.
-
Campuses will continue to remain closed to Small Groups during the week, until further notice.

Small groups that used to meet at the campus during the week, must exercise the option of meeting at other venues.
-
Small groups who are not able to meet in person are greatly encouraged to continue to meet digitally.

Campus Room Availability and Reservations

Small Group meeting rooms will be available to small group team members as follows:

Room reservations for small groups would be established pending room availability, on a first come, first served basis.

Priority will be given to discipleship small groups.

Hybrid Small Groups
-
Small Groups meeting in person are encouraged to consider utilizing the use of Zoom, or other digital media, to allow access to those who may still feel it is unsafe to meet in person.

How will CF Small Groups enforce safety and social distancing protocols when they reopen?
-
Social Distancing
-
Room capacity will be established according to room size.
-
Room occupancy will be kept at 50% capacity with tables and chairs 6 ft. apart from each other.
-
Small group members will be discouraged from exchanging handshakes, fist bumps, and high-fives at meetings and other church events.

Small Group Room Safety and Sanitation
-
Cleaning/Sanitizing of room tables, door knobs, remote controls, and any other highly utilized surface area to be done by Small Group team members before and after each use of room.

Room doors are to remain open, when possible.
-
No food items allowed in small group rooms.

Hand Hygiene and Respiratory Etiquette
-
Everyone in the small group will be asked to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before entering a small group room.
-
Small group members will be encouraged to cover the mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing and sneezing. Used tissues should be thrown in the trash and hands washed immediately with soap and water or hand sanitizer.

Use of Facial Masks Required

All Small Group members will be required to bring and use their masks during small group time. Masks are meant to protect other people in case the wearer is unknowingly infected but does not have symptoms.

Small Group team members will be provided information on proper use, removal, and washing of masks.

Additional Safety Guidelines

Small group team members must determine if and when small group members should stay home and enforce the following safety guidelines:

If they have tested positive for COVID-19 or are showing COVID-19 symptoms, to stay home.
-
Stay home and monitor their health if they have had a close contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

Can older adults (65+) still serve?
-
Yes. In following the CDC recommended guidelines, older adults who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness and strongly recommend staying home if possible. How will we maintain social distancing?

Our desire is to keep you safe and spacious. We are doing that by reserving seats and keeping our worship center at 25% capacity. This will ensure six feet of space between guests. We want to avoid physical contact. So no hugs, high fives or fist bumps. We’ll have one-way traffic flow through the experience to ensure the safety of everyone.
What cleaning protocols will be in place?

Before, between and after the last service, we are contracting a cleaning company that will be disinfecting and sanitizing all areas including the spraying down of every seat with an approved CDC sanitizing solution.
How will people be seated?
-
To follow the recommendations of the CDC in 6-ft of social distancing, all guests will be safely and spaciously seated accordingly and by unit (If you come together, you’ll sit together).
How will offering be collected?
-
Online giving will be encouraged. No offering baskets will be passed out. Instead there will be giving boxes near exits with pens. Giving envelopes for “Self-Pick-up” with pens they can keep.

Positioned by a table near the entrance of the worship center. This person must alway wear gloves and will hand out masks to anyone not wearing a face covering. Other items guests may want include;

Each team member will be a wearing face covering and follow all safe distancing requirements.

We will be assisting people to their seats. We will seat them from “Front to back,” every other row. Note: The first row where we are seating our guests should be 12 feet away from the stage. They must always maintain a distance of three seats apart.

To maintain social distance, we will need to know how many people are in the restrooms
High Touch Point Sanitizer
All campuses will have a utility cart with all necessary items for cleaning. Including but not limited to; gloves, face coverings, wipes, etc
