Caring For Miami Launches New Food Pantry ‘Marketplace’ and ‘Mobile Closet’ Clothing Donation Bus
MIAMI, FL — November 13, 2025 — Caring For Miami, an initiative of Christ Fellowship Church, is proud to announce the launch of two new community programs designed to meet essential needs for families across Miami-Dade County: the Mobile Closet and the Marketplace. These new initiatives will provide nutritious groceries and everyday clothing essentials—all at no cost—to families and individuals throughout the community. Both programs aim to ensure that everyone has access to life’s necessities, delivered with dignity and care.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony took place on Wednesday, November 13, where local leaders, partners, and volunteers will gather to celebrate this new chapter in Caring For Miami’s mission of compassion in action.
"These programs are about more than clothing and food; they’re about sharing the love of Jesus while restoring dignity and hope," said Ashley Giritli, Executive Director of Caring For Miami. "Every family deserves access to life’s essentials, and through the Mobile Closet and Marketplace, we’re bringing nutritious food and practical support directly into our neighborhoods."
The Mobile Closet will travel throughout Miami-Dade County, providing families with clothing for all ages, while the Marketplace will serve as a welcoming community pantry offering healthy, wholesome groceries to our neighbors in need.
Both initiatives continue Caring For Miami’s commitment to meeting people where they are and removing barriers to access through existing programs like the Mobile Market, Weekend Meals For Kids, and the Mobile Dental Clinic, which delivers free dental care to underserved communities.
