REOPENING

It’s official! We have reopened five of our campuses - Coral Gables, Doral, Palmetto Bay, Redland & West Kendall - according to the revised timeline below.  We are delaying reopening at Homestead until the school and district gives us the green light. We encourage these guests for the time being to attend at Redland where our Homestead staff will be, or the best alternative that works for them.

SAFE | SPACIOUS | SANITIZED

Safe

  • All staff and volunteers will be wearing masks. Masks are mandatory for guests. If you forgot your mask, a disposable one will be available for you.

  • At Christ Fellowship we honor the MVP - the most vulnerable person. Therefore it is mandatory for everyone to wear a mask, while at a physical campus, from your car to your car. The only exception is children under the age of two.

  • We will also go to a completely touchless experience. So the message notes, connection cards and giving options can all be utilized on our CF Miami app.

  • We won’t be passing the giving basket during services. But if you have cash or a check, it can be dropped off in the giving box at the exit.

Spacious

  • Our desire is to keep you safe and spacious. We are doing that by reserving seats and keeping our worship center at 25% capacity. This will ensure six feet of space between guests.

  • We want to avoid physical contact. So no hugs, high fives or fist bumps.

  • We’ll have one-way traffic flow through the experience to ensure the safety of everyone.

Sanitized

  • Since we value our guests we want to provide a sanitized worship environment with hand sanitizer stations throughout our campuses.

  • We’ll have professional-level cleaning before, during and after each service at all locations. We’re using an electrostatic spray, which is recommended by the CDC, to clean all of our chairs and surfaces in the worship centers. We're doing that to ensure you’ll sit on a sanitized chair.

CF Kids & Students

  • Our CF Kids and CF Students ministries will reopen in phases.

  • CF Kids will reopen K5-5th grade on the weekend of Oct 3rd/4th. We are looking to reopen K4 and under the weekend of Nov 7th/8th.

  • CF Students will reopen Friday, Oct 9th.

REOPEN FAQ

When are we reopening church campuses?

  • It’s official! We are reopening at five of our campuses - Coral Gables, Doral, Palmetto Bay, Redland & West Kendall - on October 3rd & 4th according to the revised timeline below. We are announcing this exciting news to the church this weekend. We are delaying reopening at Homestead until the school and district gives us the green light. We encourage these guests for the time being to attend at Redland where our Homestead staff will be, or the best alternative that works for them.

Why are we not opening sooner?

  • Due to the rapid increase in the number of COVID-19 cases, and the recent restrictions made by Miami-Dade County’s Mayor Carlos Gimenez, we have decided to postpone our church-wide opening on August 1st and 2nd. We feel that this is the best way to keep our church family safe, while also doing our part in stopping this virus. Until we can meet physically again, please continue engaging with us every week through church online. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to gain clarity over the next few weeks.
